The Committee on Finance moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. House Bill 4543-H. B. 4543 -- A Bill to repeal §33-15C-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; to repeal §33-16-16 of said code; to amend said code by adding thereto a new article, designated, §33-53-1; and to amend said code by adding thereto a new section, designated §5-16-7, all relating to insurance coverage for diabetics.
